Cyberbulling on tuenti.

Unfortunately, the Internet, like all tools, can be used for good or for evil ... Therefore, there have been cases of inappropriate use of social networks as a platform for bullying.

Despite the bullying has already existed, the emergence of new technologies, especially social networks in the school area by the hand of mobiles, have given a new dimension to the phenomenon by adopting the name cyberbullying.

Cyberbullying is defined by performing repeated acts to cause harm using new technologies, especially mobile phones and the Internet.

Social networks are particularly vulnerable to this problem due to their characteristics:

• Ease of anonymity (using fake profiles).

• The ease of communicating with a closed group of people
.
• The ability to use all the tools you use the bully in the same interface.

For example in tuenti exist some profiles of Francisco Franco or Mussolini who extends racism messages or pages like ‘Hitler fans’.

From a legal standpoint, the implication is to consider where the acts are performed by minors, is that you notice when a minor is considered unimpeachable subject (not accountable for not having the necessary maturity) or when is considered to have sufficient maturity so that it can be judged.

The social networks play an important role in our life. On one hand they help us to keep the contact with the people and to inform us but on the other hand they have a lot of controversial problems.
